You need to fix knife too to make it kill when there wounded or insta kill, and its getting more and more harder to play because i shoot someone 20 times in the head and they don't die.
Basically what decoy does is it prevents you from be found by dna scanner or radar. You can place it on a wall or something and it will lead people to itself instead.
