css sweps and maps wont load

i just got css today and checked to see if sweps that were derived from a cs base worked and they didn't also the css maps wont load, does anybody know how to fix this?

also can somebody close the other thread

Did you go to your options and check the box next to CSS I saw this option a couple days ago and thought it might have to do with something like this.
