I was looking for PERP gamemode, I was interested of starting coding LUA and I've heard it's a really good start to watch and learn from ready gamemodes. So I actually wanted to code PERP gamemode, since that's the gamemode I usually play.

No. It's a leaked gamemode, as well as a very disliked among this community. We don't take good to leaked gamemodes. Especially this one.
I am pretty sure PERP is not a good place to start coding, it is mess that continues to grow with the rehashes made.
Start with Sandbox, DarkRP, or Base. It's much easier.
TTT is a fairly clean gamemode also, since it's built into GMod, you should have no trouble starting there.
If you can get your hands on any version of PERP, It won't be a ready gamemode 99% of the time anyway, it will be broken to all hell.
Okay, thank you all for the help, I'd start with TTT mode.
