• New website for server issue fixes (IDEA)

Ok so I was thinking today while editing my own server, how usefull it would be if there was a place I could go, request a live chat and have someone help me with what wrong with my server/files/whatever. The service would require a subscription for the website and have a team of people who specialize in different categorys such as server configuration/sweps/addons/etc. Possibly even pay for a session and if the person can't fix it or help, they refund the money. also the people helping could offer teamview to look at files them selfs etc. POSSIBLY EVEN MAKE IT FREE? Any thoughts or opinions? Anyone interested in the idea?
There's not enough demand to justify it. There's also free alternatives such as the Facepunch forums which essentially do the same thing. Being blunt, nobody wants to sit around and wait on a live chat service for free, or being heavily underpaid, to fix anyone else's problems they most likely caused on their own. That's just my two cents.
Nowhere near the demand. It'd fall flat on its face without so much as a dozen users. Even fewer if it were a paid service.
Understood xD seemed like a useful idea at the time.
