Alright as the title states, I have hit a growing community issue. I have 3 servers setup but yet only one truly is played on and the community is just beginning to grow big. I am wondering what I should do. I have no money as to hire extra coders, just me and a friend having a great time customizing one single server. But we have 3 servers. Should I try and find extra coders, or begin trying to customize another server while one of us stays editing the first one. Any help is appreciated by us all.
If your community is growing, why not ask them for help? If you have a forum or website, you could make a thread or announcement. I'm sure you'll find at least one person with some skills.
Uh, well, I would say you should cut off the other three servers. Having one constantly full one is far better, specially if you can contain that population. If you're not interested in bringing people in to play the same gamemode, then perhaps change the gamemodes of the other three ones to something more accessible.
