Transition Table Overflow

Having a bit of trouble with Gmod; for the last few weeks, an error keeps occuring when I spawn objects. It usually happens after I spawn a lot of models but it has alos happened after spawning one or two of them.

The screen gets all messed up, and the error reads **** WARNING: Transition table overflow. Grab Brian

I'm not sure what to do. This error started occuring some time ago, but prior to that I've never encountered any problems of the sort. It occurs on everyone of the maps I play on.
