Easy, just type this in your console: crosshairs 1
If that does not work then i dont know what will.

i had that problem too , cl_drawcrosshair and all the other game commands didnt work , yesterday i cleaned up mah gmod and WHAAAA IT SHOWS UP MUAHAHAHAHA.
A solution would be the clientside crosshair addon
