Cant Open Garrys Mod

I have had Garrys mod for about 2 months now and its been fine then earlier i deleted all my add ons for Garrys mod and now it wont open. It just says launching then flashes on the screen and closes

any ideas what's happening??

ive verified cache and reinstalled and disabled anti virus it says "Preparing for launch" then it opens for a split second and closes :S

i tried to delete it just keep coming back again and still cant open garrys mod :(
All my games on steam do the same thing :((((((
