Tried rebinding, nothing. It's only on singleplayer that it doesn't work.
really? are you getting a lua error? if so please post.
I had this same problem when i was promoted to admin on a server. it was accompanied by a lua error which i dont remember. The probelm was fixed when the server was restarted
No error, just doesn't open. I've tried restarting
