People joining my server can't download a mysterious file 'corpse.pk'

I can't find it anywhere in my server's directory. Its a sound, apparently. It doesn't let the players download it, and it blocks them from joining. What do I do to stop this if i can't delete it? isam

Have you done a search with windows search, or whatever operating system you are using to look for the file?
