Is there any (decent) Portal gun plugin that supports Gmod 13?

Back in Gmod 12, I always enjoyed the portal gun add-on and i'm pretty sure a plenty of other people did as well. It was pretty cool

However, since Garry launched Gmod 13 the add-on doesn't work anymore.

I've searched 'Portal gun' in the Workshop, But only two Portal gun-based add-ons came up

The first one was broken. The end.
The second one did work, However you couldn't watch through it and trying to pass through felt completely broken. So that sucked pretty bad.

So, do you guys know if there is a decent Portal gun add-on that works with Gmod 13? (Or if there is one in development?)

A working, not awful portal gun has never existed in Garry's mod, despite the hundreds of attempts. If anyone actually manages to make one, it would be a miracle.

It would only be perfect if Garry's Mod ran Portal's version of Source.
