So I just set up my fastDL but its not downloading the files??? I think it is something wrong with my server config? right now I have this, could someone tell me if it is wrong??

First off you should probably edit your rcon password out of your post and change it.
Do you actually have your files uploaded to that webserver?
Are they resource.AddFile()'d?
