How to enable end of round combat?

I just got my server looking good, now how do i enable end of round combat? So i can kill all peeps at end of round?

Sounds like ttt,sad nobody even attempted to help you.
"ttt_postround_dm 1" should do it

You should of checked the TTT website first, that and many other console commands are listed.
