Q menu and other problems - Garry's Mod

Hi everyone,I just got back into gmod and I joined a multiplayer server.For some reason I couldnt open the q menu or Tab menu,singleplayer works fine though.Am I missing a critical update or something? PS:Dont say reinstall cause I just got a new pc and installed gmod yesterday. EDIT:Just so you know I didnt download anything from any server,I disabled it in the options. It's probably the newest update (the one with the new background). It's happened to a lot of people.

ERROR: GAMEMODE:'OnSpawnMenuOpen' Failed: sandbox\gamemode\spawnmenu/spawnmenu.lua:50: attempt to index global 'g_ContextMenu' (a nil value) thats the error i get when i press Q also, the tab menu stays up forever is there any fix? EDIT:: Just tryed with the newest update and its still broken.
