[Windows][Dedicated] Server Not Displaying in Public Server List

Hello I have been running my Gmod Troubles in Terroist Town server on lan for a while and I decided to set it up for public use and so I port forwarded it As I did with my Mc servers and my counter strike server I can still join it on LAN but if I try to conect via my external ip "76.121.14.90" it dosent work and on my friends favorites it says server not responding.

You need to specify the external IP in the launch parameters.

If I dont specify the +ip <IP> It loads and when its done it says
"Connection To Steam Servers Successful."
"Public IP is 76.121.14.90"
Add the "-port <porthere>" argument after the "+ip <iphere>" parameter.

Restart your computer? Something is probably using your port already. I believe that's what causes it.

It generated as 2500 or 25000?
If it's really set to 2500 I recommend changing it to 25000 or more.

Do you have the game open whilst launching the server? If so that will take up port 27015 and the server will take 27016. If you don't specify the port, it won't throw the error but will assign to 27016 anyhow.

No I have the game closed whilst launching the server AND all the ports between 27000 28000 are open and pointed to this server
