Need a premade server .cfg file for a Trouble in terrorist town server

I host a sandbox server called panzers build and am switching to a terror town server but i am having LOADS of problems. No matter how many forums i go to everyone is posting different stuff to put in the cfg file and absolutly nothing is working. Also the gamemode is stuck in sandbox even though i have it set to terrortown. I also use Srcds guardian which is configured for ttt. I am looking for some one to release me a light config file for a terror town server nothing serious just the basic stuff. Please do no tgive me code just a download link as none of the code is working when i put it into the file for some reason.
