I found this image in the main menu, and I was wondering, is that an unused, or an edited skin? I do wanted to use this one.

From a simple .png? No.
I just noticed, thats its a retextured version of the citizen male_07.... Its almost like the player model, but its like a clean and simple, but with stitches, and buttons.
