ok when i click a ragdoll to select..like for example....father grigori a combine or any other ragdoll i have...it just stands in the T shape......is this just a crappy version of the tool? or if not...whats wrong with it??

It might be that it puts the new model into the idle animation which is the T shape you see
so i need certain animations?

im not very good with this kind of stuff
The model probaly doesnt have the animation for the combine,rebel, or father greg.
