I haven't play Gmod in a year or so, last night I just installed it. So this leads to my question, what are all the major add-ons now a days? I don't need links (but that would be nice) just a quick summary.
I don't give two shits about rag dolls and skins.

sigh, i just replyed to a thread liek thsi yeasterday. you can find most good addons by lookign arround a little. Also my clan has a populer addon program that installs the most recent versions of the best addons. Just look for g-addon on the faceputch threads
