I was thinking, there are a lot of nice hunting guns on garrysmod.org but I would like something to do with them, a deer npc, maybe that walks around eats some grass, then gets shot. I would like to see an npc like that. Thanks!

Ah okay, but if someone knows how to script well, can you make it? I love some weapons like the hunting rifle, but theres nothing fun to shoot at. Maybe shoot at a bird, but that's still not so much fun. Think of you holding a hunting rifle in the Shara desert hiding behind a bush with a deer or moose standing in the open.
Slamming into deer with a vehicle in Gmod would be hillarious.

Well...this would be kind of hard. You would need:
the MODEL,
CORRECT AI,
A custom NPC type,
ANIMATIONS,
ECT.
if you give the the MODEL and animations, ill try.
Heres an idea, make the deer run from any player when they come too close going at a certain speed, say maybe run whenever theres a player closer than idk 500 (i dont remember units) and at the same time not crouch+walking will scare it but crouch+walking you can get up to really close.
it could run in front of players cars when they're driving

Hmmmm....I can think of loading up a tractor trailer at a dark map then slam into a deer....that would be funny...then make the truck explode 50 times.....

I think he means you could edit the LUA slightly and change the model.

I'll try. I need a deer model rigged as a ragdoll, using the same skeleton as the cow. Then I'll get some custom sounds.

Someone should create a huge upload of tons of different animals in npc form. So far we have the birds, that cow, Rexy...
