Am i the only one that can't access toybox?

It won't load, ingame or in my internet browser.

Iv'e had the same problem for about a hour now, i thought it was just me.
no errors, except once i got "this shouldn't happen, restart GMOD" or something, when it was working it was the BEST THING EVER!! i hope it isn't a problem on my side or i'll get obsessed and try to figure it out myself for a week..

EDIT: WHY IS MY PICTURE OF THAT GUY?!
EDIT2: and how do i change it haha.. i sure didn't upload it :o
Edit3: nevermind i found out how to change it..

Actually, toybox loads on my end... it just takes 30 minutes to load each page -_-

it won't actually load for me, it looks like it's loading but never finishes.
I was playing through the half life 2: ep 2 campaign when i couldn't spawn a tommygun :)
