Players get to choose the map after the game ends, why would you want to rotate it?

Have you edited anything in the gamemode? Did it come with GMod? If it came with GMod then it may be an addon conflicting or something.
Lol its Really issue Took me 5 mins to do it on my Australian TTT Server Mind blast.
Make a File called mapcycle.txt
And put in garrysmod/
the format is really easy
just:
cs_assualt
cs_compound
ttt_border_b20
Etc
In ur Server config Put ttt_always_use_mapcycle 1
