We will when TCAdmin V2 is out, but we are actually considering an in-house solution.

Some lua interface modules would be excellent - I'm going to have MySQL, MSSQL and Postgresql backends as binary modules for SeriousRP but I might have to limit that to MySQL and PostgreSQL on Linux depending on whether I can legally link in SQL server headers on Linux
