When I launch gmod the menu shows fine yet there the cursor seems to be missing but feebly flashing if you keep it still for 2 seconds. It makes it hard to click stuff..

Make sure you aren't running any things using Adobe Flash... It happened to me with a flash game...
Otherwise, I have no idea.
