Can someone help me find the metal hit sound?

I know the title is kind of confusing, but it's hard to describe so short.
I was wondering if anyone knew the exact location of the gmod/hl2 sound where a gun shoots and hits something metal, probably the exact same for the crobar etc too.
If anyone could upload it too that would be great, but I can get it if I know the location.
