So since steam support is slow as balls and usually take about a week to answer any question I submit. I'll post what I sent in on here:
On my server, after the last update, Players are getting stuck in the ground. Not fully though; the problem is with jumping, if you stand still and jump you will nudge upward, if you jump again you can start jumping. But as soon as you walk it stops your jumping and you have to stop and do the nudge over again. It is not possible to jump while moving at all, no matter how fast you hit space. The walking/running/etc is fine but when players can't jump it's very annoying. I have tested this on both sandbox, and my rp gamemode, so it is not due to my scripting.
EDIT: I found the problem, oddly enough it had something to do with the "enhanced" server crash watchdog from srcds.com. I switched back to using the original version that i switch away from while I updated gmod =p
