Can you point me to some useful tools for making a good server? Admin tools, MOTD, prop protection, and maybe a few suggestions what to/not to do on my server...

Sorry about the title, i posted something else but then i saw other people had the same problem and it was because of the update (i think).
Try reinstalling GMOD
I already reinstalled Steam this morning, but i think the problem is more serverside than clientside, i can access other servers.
It's the best advice I can offer. I'm sorry if it doesn't help :(
