Spacebuild 3: Habitat modules Don't show up

I downloaded all this into SVN, got everything working, except the habitat module sdon't show up

I tested it out, every thing works perfect, the ships, the vehicles, etc. etc. i got everything working, but the ONLY problem is the habitat modules wont work.

it's called sbep_hab_mods in the tool menu, and has only one checkbox, and that's "Spawn frozen"

any remedies?
