How can I make a ragdoll "sit" on a chair?

I know I can weld npc's to a chair and stuff.
But I can't get them in the right "sitting" position in the first place.
What is the easiest way to make a ragdoll "sit" or be attached to a chair?

You have to pose them. First hang them in the air, by the head. Slowly freeze joints and body one by one. Then put the legs in a sitting position. Then statue them. Weld em to the chair.
(But seriously you should be able to figure this out by yourself. That's half the fun.)
