Today I was board and did this

I think that gmod.org should have a look similar to toybox, I know I didn't do much but really I think if we all contribute to designing something like mine we can make a new gmod.org.
This isn't official, it's more for fun.

Add some icons next to "Favourites," "Comments," etc, and I'd be pretty content with actually using that.

The whole idea is that it will have toybox icons, I just don't want to go into my famfamfam icon folder and put them there.
If you guys could maybe build on my design, possibly leave the new logo there since it's pretty cool.

My go at it.
Just pulled the likes and comment statistics from garrysmod.org, even though the picture was taken hours earlier. Just to give you a taste of how I'd like it.
Additional notes: Upon clicking "Favourites," "Comments," "Likes," or "Dislikes," it will bring down a list of people that you can scroll through.
Edited the OP's original banner concept to be beveled around and made the "Home," "Forum," and "News" appear if they had hyper-links.
Then I added a welcoming and beveled around area for you.
You'd be able to list by amount of comments, likes, dislikes(don't know why I added that -- pointless,) and favourites.
Kept OP's transparent black bar with stats.
Anything unexplained is in the annotations.
Beveled the site's white border.
maybe change the colour of the links because it can be a bit borring seeing blue links all the time
also someone should make a halloween version!
Ugly. Plain and simple is the way to go, but I do agree that .org needs a change. Make it look more like toybox.
The thing is, Toybox is meant to be replacing garrysmod.org.
