I was wondering about setting up a server for people who live in the UK, can you use the Dedicated Server tools on Steam on your desktop computer? Or do I need something different?

You can use the dedicated tools, however I would use the console version instead of the gui. (Works better).

Ok Im currently having a problem installing the dedicated server. I ran the command, which looked like it was going ok and now I have a message saying: Cannot open output file: InstallRecord.blob
Is there a way to fix it?
