Need help with garrysmod ! - Garry's Mod

I watched a movie on youtube to make garrys mod work better, because the game crashed all the time . Your video URL is down, best thing you can do is not watch Garry's Mod videos on youtube that "help" your garry's Mod run better, and just reinstall the game.

PC specs?

Here's what you do: Go imto steam>steamapps>your steam username and delete or rename the garrysmod folder. Then, run garry's mod. it will re-extract the folder, and be a clean install.
