Before I ask my question, please let me clarify that I am not trying to configure a dedicated server. Only a listen server, one that appears when I create it on the server list and closes when it's empty.
I have opened the following ports:
27020 to 27040
1200
27000 to 27015
When asking a friend to join a game, he got the "Server Not Responding" message.
The Firewall is logging two dropped packets by the port number of 2278/TCP and 2286/TCP, one for each time my friend tried to log in. These ports are not in any list I have seen before. Is there something I am missing?
I even tried sv_lan 0 and heartbeat, still didn't work.
I do this:
27015 tcp/udp
27020 udp
That is until I got hacked through them ports, have fun :downs:

No problem, also try disabling your AV, firewall and any other security, if that works then you know it's one of them stopping you.
For some odd reason, a friend can't join your server through "join game" if it's run from your own computer. Go to www.whatsmyip.org and get your IP from there, and then tell him to put "connect [ip goes here]" in console without the "s or []s. Obviously replace "ip goes here" with the IP.
