Need help with garrysmod !

I watched a movie on youtube to make garrys mod work better, because the game crashed all the time .
But when i did as the movie said, this happened;

well,I have a bunch of console spam too,but i just simply ignore it.Even when i join a server i look at console and it is still spamming i ignore it.Try joining a server?

OP, the reason your screen looks like that is because you've told the engine to run with the older version of DX. And just ignore the stuff in the console.
