Is there a way to set my dedicated server to automatically restart after a crash?

I've been searching for quite some time and I can't seem to figure this out. I'm running a dedicated gmod server on my home pc, and I want to be able to connect to it from my laptop when I'm at school or a friend's house. If the server crashes, I want to be able to restart that thing without going all the way back to my house. Any suggestions?

Of everything in there, I'd first use the batch script for simplicity, but [url=http://www.dumbclan.co.uk/downloads/serverchecker/]ServerChecker[/url] works quite well too.
