This happens repeatedly. Everytime I join a sandbox server with only the Phys and tool gun when I do a single player game after that I'll only have the phys and tool gun. Restarting doesn't help, wut can I do?

Create a single player but before you start go in options and check the "Start with weapons" I think its start with weapons or something..
or just run sbox_weapons 1 in console...
If you are using number keys to select weapons try the scrollwheel.
Sounds wierd but I know this works in DarkRP when it takes your weapons away after a lag spike.
