Ok i recently got my computer reformatted and every thing seems to be working fine when i join a server like build or rp but now i notice i have to re download 190 files or something off of a server EVERY time i join and is very annoying Ive tried a couple including Gmod Biz#2 and this happens every time i join does any one have an idea??
and tell me if you need more info.

It seems that they fixed it.
If you have to redownload all the files, every time you join the [b]same[/b] server, then there's a problem. However, after reinstalling gmod, expect to be downloading about 100 or so files for the first time you join very popular servers.
