Hello! I need experienced Garrys Mod players and coders

Hello, I'm Wesker432 and new to these forums! I never knew such a massive place existed until earlier.
Anyway I apologize if this thread is in the wrong section.
Basically after moderating and playing on several TTT servers in the past 6 months I decided I would have a go at making my own community/server.
Problem is I'm lost, I've managed to get the basics up and running but now I need some guidance and I'm not the ultimate computer savvy guy in the world. I'm looking for someone who is willing to help me get it up and running. By that I mean coding,testing and over things. I'm not asking you to do it all yourself, if you can help me understand how to do it all the better! As a reward for even a tiny amount of help offered I will give you full Co-owner status

What you should be wondering is why people would want to do all the work and teach you how to code, without any incentive other than being Co-Owner.
