"Start New Game" button isn't working.

I click on the Start new game and nothing is working.Help?

Plus when I start up Gmod this stupid window pops up with nothing on it.I click exit out of it and press "Start New Game" and nothing.

What hell is this shit?Did some retarded update come out?
