Gmod has gone Insanly Unstable and Glitchy!!! Help Please!

After this past update, Gmod has done some very weird stuff, im going to start with the most important of hese, and then go to the least of these new, weird things.

#1. After exiting Gmod, the gmod logo is still on the desktop, you have to ctrl alt del and start task manager, the gmod proccess is still up, but its not in apps, you have to click end about 5000 times for it to respond, then another 10 minutes for the desktop to show, then it gets really slow for about 45 seconds, and is impossible to do anything. I have had task manager already started, its not using all my ram or my cpu.

#2. The bar that shows you which weapons your choosing sometimes dissapears, which, when your toying in toybox, can be very confusing to find whatever weapon your choosing, and i have been kicked for being "AFK" when trying to find my weapons.

#3. I have tried re installing Gmod, and Half Life 2, and no matter what, every single prop, addon or default, has messed up textures, black splotches, and even completly black. I have tested almost every prop, and it has one of those 3 problems, and while not gameplay threatening, it is really, really anoying.

4#. While changing anything Graphics wise, after hitting apply, problem #1 happens.

ATI Mobility Radeon Xpress 200M

Since most of the problems are graphical, I will post my graphics settings:

Model Detail: High, Texture: Very High, Low on everything else, 2x AA, Antriscopic 4x.
