I went into offline mode on Steam to see if I could run Gmod offline. Despite that it clearly has a single player I can't even get it to open in offline mode.
Hell, I couldn't get Steam to even open last time there was a net blackout.

Thanks. It sucked ot not even have access to single player games.
For some reason Source games don't work while steam is in offline mode but being connected then losing connection everything will still work fine
Yeah when it says start steam in offline mode for me I click it and it does nothing it keeps saying steam servers are too busy to handle your request and closes steam.
Go online, start Gmod, then go offline on the steam options, then start Gmod, then plug your Inet conection off and start Steam in offline mode, then try Gmod.
It worked for me :v:
But what if there IS no internet...
