Ever come across those annoying threads where someone's like "Help me my gmod isnt working stuff isnt spawning it isnt coming help plzplzplz???"? I hate those too. Here's the simple solution to what fixes most things. First, backup all IMPORTANT addons. Like smartsnap, phx, spacebuild, or wire, for example. After everything is backed up, delete the entire gmod folder from the *Program Files/steam/steamapps/[USERNAME]/ folder. Then, start gmod after the folder is fully deleted. After gmod has started up, quit gmod. The folder should be back again. Then, add all of your important addons. DO NOT add random crap addons that you never use. Those are usually what break gmod. Also don't go overboard on downloading addons. That will help prevent it.

thats all great, except when that doesnt work at all and the problem still remains and then lazy people give you the same suggestion over and over even though you explicitly state it does NOTHING.
