Saving Data on a Server?

Hi there

I want to be able to create supposably rentable apartments. Is there any script or addon that will allow me to create an access list or an alternative that will save the players props and data even if the server restarts or he leaves? Im currently using Assmod's PP, If I need another PP for your method please inform (:

Assmod's PP keeps props for a certain amount of time (I think. If not use ULX), but there isn't one that saves it permanently.

Yes it does, and anoyingly there is no option to return unowned props. But are you sure that there isnt one? If so it should really get developed (:

Try ULX then instead.
