Getting "This web page is not available." while uploading a map

For some reason, although I have been able to upload fine in the past, I get a "This web page is not available." about 3/4ths the way through any upload I do.

The file in particular is a 31.6mb zipped map, icon and txt file (for Trouble in Terrorist Town.) This was occurring at around 4am when I last tried it too.

I'm using Chrome but I have tried with Firefox too, any ideas?

I get this too! I even got it with garrysmod.org, causing me to mirror it at FileFront. Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this, like splitting the ZIP into multiple ZIPs and uploading them separately?

No, I don't think so, I have this problem with the uploading too, the system doesn't seem to support split Zips...

And no one seems to want to fix or even see this problem.
