I putt it in my addon folder, gmod folder, everything. It used to work a while back when i used to play.

I don't really think wallhacks are much of a problem in sandbox games, so it's OK as long as he doesn't use them in TF2 or whatever.

Which you can't do with Lua.
And a TF2 wallhack that DOES work will get VAC hammers swinging at you.
One of my friends used a material thing that replaced materials and he didn't get banned.

Create the lua file, put it in your Lua folder, and use
lua_openscript name.lua in the console while connected to either a sever or singleplayer. Problem solved, if it doesn't work your gmod is fucked or torrented.
lua_openscript_cl has to be used, not lua_openscript
lua_openscript_cl is used for clientside scripts.
..and that is a clientside script
