Mismatch: effects/ballon_pop/init.lua? How can I get rid of this?

I keep getting this Mismatch: effects/ballon_pop/init.lua? How can I get rid of this? I was hoping you can help me of getting rid of this for garrys mod because it wont let me play on any of the severs :( Please send me information on how to get rid of this.

Delete the garrysmod/cache/dua folder.

goto you gmod folder and delete the effects folder in your lua folder. Dont worry it wont effect your game
