ULX or ASSMOD help

ok so i have ULX : how can i make my friend an admin using ULX while ingame using the create multiplayer game function thing? i looked in ulx help and it says like "adduser <user> <group> [<immunity>]"

oh and if you find assmod better and its easier to add admins tell me :[
