You may have installed a blood decal thing from garrysmod.org. So uninstall it? If not then maybe it's your computer screen? And don't listen to spacewolf he doesn't know shit.

Mainly your materials folder. Decals it may be. Find something dealing with blood. But alien flesh and anything alien don't delete, unless if you don't really want the antlion blood and so on. Once that's gone it should be back to its old blood
if not then idk. May have to reinstall, but tf2 is not the problem since I'm sure the blood doesn't change to tf2 blood, unless made it that way.

Mounting TF2 replaces the default blood effect. I use Zoey's Enhanced Blood, so that overrides TF2's.

its ok now, and yea it was tf2 cuz i dont have it mounted and the blood is hl2 now.
