People can walk through props, and guns are reloading very fast?

Okay, so I've recently switches server providers for my garrysmod server and we've run into this problem where people can walk through props and guns reload extremely fast. I believe this has something to do with the server being mounted incorrectly. I found the garrysmod/cfg/mount.cfg and everything looks correct. Can you tell me whats wrong?

Don't mind the weird spacing it shows, thats just what the forum did for some reason.

Where can I find where it's supposed to be pathed?

it's supposed to point to wherever you installed it, which you probably haven't done

Yeah I have no installed it. I don't remember installing it on my old provider. May I have a link to the download?
