Starting a new action packed community! With servers/websites and more! [Recruiting]

Hello, facepunch!

For a few months now i've been hosting servers for me and friends/any one that wants to join. The server have all been private.

But since a few weeks i'm thinking of launching a community, I hosted a public severance server a few months back and it was crowed at night, (around 20-30 players) it was really fun to play with people and everyone enjoyed it, and i want to have that fun back.

The main goal that i have in my head is creating (or modifying) gamemodes to make the more action packed and intense. So no boring "chat fights" but adrenalin packed action! (Of course with some talking i might change my mind)

My main problem is looking for some (or one) good .lua coder. (And some mappers possible but for now i can do the job) So that's why i am making this topic.

Are you a good or advanced lua coder and want to join a community with a steady future? Than you are the person im looking for!

Here is a basic overview of what you will get and what i will expect:

-Average/Good lua coder
-Capable of keeping a deadline (Don't worry no rushing is needed)
-Good sense of humor
-A microphone would be handy
-Good in working with a group

You will get:
-A community with a future
-Community with multiple servers (those are already available)
-Community with a website
-Be one of the important people that are in the community
-Administration rights on servers/website (if wanted and if you can handle them)
-Any profits will be shared
-And most important loads of fun!

My points in this community for now is getting everything organized hosting the website/ game servers / another servers. (Our servers are hosted at a professional company strato.nl) I'm a average/good mapper so i can make some of the maps. I'm also a pro at video editing and can basically edit everything that's needed, from simple linear editing to mind blowing special effects.
